Make a vehicle donation to benefit Catholic Charities' programs and services!


Donating a car or other vehicle to Catholic Charities is easy!  CARS (Charitable Adult Rides & Services, Inc.) accepts all types of vehicles nationwide — cars, trucks, SUVs, motorcycles, ATVs, and even boats, to benefit local charities.  Make a real difference in the work of Catholic Charities in Southeastern Wisconsin. 

To get started, simply go to CARS website link for Catholic Charities of the Archdiocese of Milwaukee.  The site will lead you to a secure online donation form or call 855-920-4483 to speak to a Catholic Charities' CARS representative.

All that you will need to provide is the Certificate of Title upon pickup of your donated vehicle.

The CARS site will provide you with Department of Motor Vehicle and Tax Laws links, with more information about transferring the title of your vehicle, filing a release of liability in your state, and getting a tax deduction.

CARS has also compiled a FAQ list to provide answers to questions you may have regarding how to donate your car, truck, RV, boat, or other vehicle to benefit Catholic Charities. We also provide answers to common questions regarding tax laws and what forms are needed to take a tax deduction.

Don't have a car to donate but still want to help Catholic Charities?


Even if you don't have a vehicle to give at this time, you can make a real difference in the lives of the people we serve with an outright donation.  Any amount will help!

Want to know what your generous gift can do?
 

  • $25 Helps us purchase gift cards to local grocery and discount stores to help people purchase food, toiletries, diapers, and necessary household items.
  • $100 Allows us to purchase bus tokens and small denomination gas cards we can give out to help people get to work, job interviews or doctor appointments who otherwise don't have the means.
  • $500 Provides ten hours of case-management to help individuals obtain resources, set goals and move toward self-sufficiency.
  • $1000 Provides general or designated support to help fund agency programs and services.
