Service: A clearing house to assist older adults and adults with disabilities, their families, parish staff, and other resource providers in assessing needs, offering problem solving, and referrals. Other services include parish consultation, education and training, and collaborations. Clients Served: Parishes, collaborators, older individuals and disabled adults and their families, and the general public. Fees for Services: Varies based on service. Information and referral services are provided without charge to the inquirer.
