Service: Community Based Residential Facility (CBRF) Group homes provide case management, personal care up to three shifts daily (e.g. meal preparation and feeding, cleaning and laundry, personal hygiene and toileting, medication monitoring) and socialization programming (e.g. scheduling residents in daytime programs, sheltered work programs, social activities, personal enrichment programs, religious activities, and summer camps).
Clients Served: Developmentally disabled or brain-injury adults needing person-centered, professional care to live a quality life as independently as possible. Fees for Services: Services are provided through private pay, County public benefits based on income eligibility and HUD Subsidies. The Group Homes are subsidized by agency donations.
