Refugee Resettlement Services
 

Service: Resettlement and assimilation of refugees into local communities. Services include the following:

  • securing housing, furniture, household goods, food and clothing 
  • supplying transportation to doctor appointments, social service agencies and schools for registration
  • helping establish the refugees in ELS classes (English as a Second Language)
  • offering friendship and helping to secure employment for the adults

Clients Served:  Individuals and families from international countries, assigned to Southeastern Wisconsin through the Migrant and Refugee Services offices of the USCCB - United States Conference of Catholic Bishops.

Fees for Services:  There is no fee to the client.  

Service Area:  Throughout the Archdiocese of Milwaukee.
