Since 1920, Catholic Charities' mission to "provide service to those in need, to advocate for justice and to call upon others to do the same" has been the core of our work. We have seen measurable improvement in the lives of our clients including an increase in self-sufficiency, a better outlook on life, and much more. Services are available to individuals, couples and families regardless of race, faith, culture or income.

Works of Charity Fund
In 2016, Catholic Charities' Works of Charity Fund was supported by numerous corporations, foundations, businesses and parishes in southeast Wisconsin. Below is a listing of those who so generously gave to our agency. Also of note for 2016 was the support we received from individuals -- 5,382 individuals gave $1 to $999 in support of our programs and services. An additional 175 individuals became members of our Good Samaritan Society -- which recognizes donors contributing $1,000 or more annually.

Our most sincere thanks to the Aurora Health Care Better Together Fund for its $56,000 grant to our Pregnancy Support program for a mental health clinician to provide home-based behavioral health services for at-risk women and children.
